I don't know what is wrong with this unit but it is extremely slow !!! Poor service. Absolutely frustrating. Just to get 2 cinnamon nuggets, I waited for 20 mins. Horrible service.
Terrible service, line was wrapped around the corner and only one window was open even though their were several employees there on Black Friday. Employees coughed, sneezed and blew their nose and did not wash hands or wear gloves, they didn't have any regular pretzels available after everyone waited in line forever and cashier told employee to fill up everyone who ordered a drink cup up to the rim with ice so they can save on drinks directly in front of the customers. Terrible location will not go back again.
You must taste the pretzel from this store, if you come this Outlet mall first time experience. Taste good but very few chairs.
Horrible service...... because it was close to...... not closing.... time, they would not make cinnamon nuggets for about three customers myself included..... what has happened to good customer service....
