I've rented from them before and the people are always friendly. The office seems to be understaffed, but surprisingly the wait time has been feasible. I choose the Dawsonville location every time!
I greatly enjoyed my experience here. Alex was super friendly and courteous. It was raining that day and I did not have my car with me. She gave me a lift back to my complex (2 minutes away by car) and she was 100% awesome. I will be back with all my rental needs here in this area. I cannot recommend enough. If I could do 10 stars, I would.

Terrible pricing. They didn't explain well enough too fast to understand. If they had I definitely wouldn't have rented from them. They said my total price was x amount with a 100 dollar deposit I would get back. So minus what I was charged...I thought. Nope. Terrible business
