Store Manager greeted me when I walked and and checked with me later to ensure I was finding what was needed chatted with two other employees who also asked if I needed assistance. Val helped in in men's where and in the fitting area, we sorted through twenty seperate pieces and patiently helped me in and out of dressing rooms with handfuls of "try-ons". All while helping in her customers in her area. She even asked if I wanted a basket to load up the 16 pieces I had selected, went to retrieve and then loaded my basket I continued to shop and was helped by Val as she pointed me to specific areas and offered valuable advice.
for a holiday they weren't that busy. They are really uptight about which fitting room you use and I walked up into the one that was closest to where I found the article of clothing and one of the sales associates rudely said to me "the woman's fitting room is on the other side of the store" as if I already knew that which I didn't . I work in a retail store in the same mall where we don't have separate fitting rooms for men and women. His tone of voice with me really aggravated me so I left but Saks gets so many customers and sales that it doesn't matter
When check time came (people are like a school of fish when it comes to time to check out impulse) a lined quickly formed and the Store Mgr stopped what she was doing and hustled to open a third line.
The store is clean neat and orderly with brands I trust and love. Versace, Burberry and Tory Burch all in one place.
My check person, wish I got his name, was a very kind and polite fellow who ensured each piece was priced correctly, that all the l.p. tags were removed, and that I was accurately billed he then carefully packaged my purchase for carry off. He was very helpful and was on the floor working earlier and asked if I required assistance.
Some things are chip but not a lot of sizes and mostly more expansive than other places
Rude, unhelpful staff. Asked for a fitting room and given a snarky response. Never got a staff member to actually unlock a room for me. Very disappointing.
