This was the first time that I had met the audiologist in Dawsonville ( I don't remember her name, sorry), she was fantastic. She fixed the non- working hearing aid and ended up fixing both of them because I had said that I was having problems with them staying in, problem solved! I will definitely go to her again. She's a keeper
I've always had a wonderful experience here. Both Nicole and Dr. Flexon take the time to actually listen when you are telling them what is wrong. They explain what's going on in a simple version that a patient can understand. They are the only people I will see for my chronic ear infections. The staff overall are always pleasant to deal with.
I wouldn't recommend anyone here. We had a appointment in June for my son to get tubes and it's now October and we still haven't been scheduled for the surgery I've been up there and left many voicemails with no returned calls.
I wound not recommend this office to anyone. Had surgery to remove a tumor on the vocal cords. Pathology report didn't give a final diagnosis because not enough tissue was removed. Might be cancer, might not. Go in for post op and Dr Angel doesn't even do an exam and pathology report is not back. Took a month to get the report. Also did not file the insurance correctly and I have left 2 messages with no return call. Very frustrating
Everyone was so happy and polite.I enjoyed my visit as much as you can enjoy it doctor visit. Dr.Angel also was polite and friendly.He answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of expertise.
