Very pleased with the customer service! I had an issue with a purchase I made at this store. The item in the box was not as labeled. I know all is "as is." This store worked with me to make me happy. I must say a very nice surprise to see that even though this is an outlet purchase they do not treat you like you don't deserve top customer service. I cant say the same thing for Frontgate, but that is another story! Thank you RH!!
I LOVE this store and the staff! The ENTIRE staff is helpful and go above and beyond to help me every time I come in or call! I wish customer service was this good everywhere. They are a real class act!!!
I'd give 5 stars if I could afford everything I'd like to buy! Every piece of furniture we've got from here has been top quality, except for a scratch or two. But those are easily overshadowed by the savings.
The staff was great. I was greeted at the door then allowed to browse without feeling rushed. After looking and touching everything for 2 hours, I purchased a beautiful table and saved $1200.00. I will be back in the very near future. Thanks Kathleen.
