3. I just went in today for a mini keg, price tag on shelf says $18.99. He rings it up at 21.99. I asked for him to honor the price on the shelf. His response "sorry, can't do it, it's impossible to keep up with all the price changes".
We love visiting this liquor store, excellent customer service, great selection of craft beers, wines, liquor, and everything you will want.
It's not impossible. That's what retail is, a price game. I'm sorry to say it but I'll be taking my business to World Beverage from now on. It's just down the street, so if you have an experience like I did I highly recommend them! Never had a problem there!

1. Bought several kegs of beer from them, brought the emptys back for my deposit and the lady that I was dealing with refused to take them and accused me of trying to scam them.
2. Buying a $120 bottle of scotch the package was roughly handled dented and missing the top, I asked for a discount since it was the last bottle, and the guy scoffed at me and continued to ring it out ignoring that I had said anything to him at all.

This store has struck out for the 3rd and final time with me. The selection of craft beers and spirits is phenomenal but there seems to be a reoccurring customer service problem with their staff in general.
Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. The owner, especially, is very accommodating. They keep a special type of wine on the shelf for me, despite me (and my friends) being the only ones to buy it. Surely it doesn't pull in enough revenue to deserve a dedicated space on the floor, but space it has, and it makes popping in to pick up a bottle after work easy and convenient. I love this place!
My husband and I absolutely love this place, we will continue to come 45 minutes out of our way every week just for these guys!!
