I hired CertaPro to paint the entire inside of my home...walls, ceilings and trim. The crew was extremely professional. The were efficient, clean and organized. They had us review their work daily to ensure nothing was missed. I highly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job for me.
Steer clear. They stained my house exterior. I worked everything out with owner, byron. Then the crew shows up and guess what? Nobody speaks English. Lots of communication problems. Did a mediocre job, at best. Left a bunch of stuff that byron keeps telling me they will come back and fix. As other reviews stated, byron either does not pick up the phone or else tells you that he will take care of everything right away and then does nothing. When I called corporate to complain, they did not even have a record of the job in their system! I suggest you find a different contractor.
They painters did a very thorough job and the initial consultation was very informative. Our house looks so much more polished with the paint job! Our house had high ceilings and would have been difficult to complete ourselves, but Certa Pro finished in just a few days! The painters were friendly and clean-up well after the painting was finished. Thanks for a job well done!
