Worst experience at a restaurant. First of all, there was plastic in my son’s macaroni! They acted like it was no big deal. I got a bacon cheeseburger but they charged me for a specialty burger and then they didn’t offer us boxes when we still had half our plate left when we were leaving. I would never recommend this location to anyone, and probably won’t be going to Applebee’s ever again.
My husband and I went there for lunch on a weekday at around 1pm. It turned out to be a very long lunch for me since their service was very slow. When I ordered I asked the waitress about the ribs. She raved about them and how good they are. I said ok I will try that but wanted to check first since what comes out does not always look like the picture on the menu at places. She assured me that would be great. When we finally got our food my ribs were small crusty and overcooked. It took another 30 minutes to get replacement ribs which was too late since I needed to get back to work. Although they made things right by bringing replacement ribs it took way way too long and gee wiz why not serve me the good ribs to begin with since it is my lunch HOUR not 2 and a half hours. Will never go back that was the last strike as I have given this place multiple chances. Slow inadequate service seems to be the norm here. See ya.
Casual and comfortable, this particular restaurant had friendly and fast service! I asked to customize my order, and not only did they accommodate that, but our server offered additional good substitution suggestions. And the portion size was way more than I was expecting, so I had enough to need a take home box! Overall, a very satisfactory experience. :)
Good Food and Sports Bar atmosphere with a friendly staff.
Had a very good lunch on Veterans Day at Applebees. Waiter was very good & pleasant. We chose lunch over dinner because of the Auburn vs Georgia game. GO WAR EAGLE'S!
