Today's experience at Fossil is an excellent example of "Best Business Practices !!!"

Recently bought and Armani watch from this location, thrilled. 400 dollar watch I got for around 150. Can't beat it, awesome deals, great service. A man there really sold me on everything once he helped me get that extra information I didn't know personally before coming into the store. Knowledge is key
I had sent in one of my older watches in for a refurb. But upon return of the watch via UPS to my house, I noticed that the small dials were "floating" around within the watch face.
Needless to say, I was floored by her insistence with taking a very similar, brand new watch out of her inventory, and swapping it out. I was, and still am, floored by her decision to do this for me. This was proactively offered by the manager. I didn't demand the swap.
I returned to the store, and the manager elected to replace the watch with a brand new one, rather than send it back again for another repair.
I found a beautiful wallet to compliment my previously purchased Fossil bag for 60% off the original price! I was greeted by am employee immediately upon entering, and was offered help after a few minutes of looking. They were quite busy, at the time, but were doing their best to help out all the customers.
Needless to say.... I was floored. As a result of her actions, you can count on me returning to this store to buy some more watches.
Walked in and scored a 10% off coupon which I used to purchase two watchbands for my smart watch. They were purchased at a great deal. The staff was very personable and engaging. I will definitely return.
I inquired why she was going to do this old for new watch swap for me, and her answer was the following.....
My expectations with resolving this issue went from zero to a million. To say that the store manager exceeded my expectations is an understatement at best. Thank You !!!
