My experience with Dawsonville Hardware has always been an excellent one. The employees always do there best to help you with whatever purpose that you have came in for. The staff are friendly and are willing to go out of there way to assist a customer.
My 77 year old dad took his Riding Lawn Mower here to have fixed. Told him 4 weeks, now after 6 weeks still not looked at or fixed. Spoke to James today and was told backed up and behind. I try to be patient, however this is poor customer service. People's word use to mean something!
They staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable.
They have everything I need. They keep this place very stocked and clean. They have a wide selection of stuff from chainsaws, gardening stuff, plumbing, pet stuff, pocket knifes and more. I choose this place over home depot. Great prices too. Local and convenient.
