The sales associate in the paint section was extremely helpful. She posed a wealth of knowledge about exterior paints. The employee working at self check out was also helpful.
Took forever trying to return a pallet that came with a delivery. Usually though the very nice lady at the return desk is very fast and proficient at her job, not her fault.
We bought an appliance and had a great experience in store but terrible with delivery service. We got a confirmation window from them and after 5 hrs I called and after being on hold 20 minutes was told they didn't have my appliance. A rude person told me they would have called me later. Promised to bring out later that day but cancelled. Again next day after waiting 5 hrs for it was told by same woman with attitude they didn't have it and it couldn't be delivered until following week. I was again told a supervisor would call me back. A few minutes later the delivery guy calls and says he is a few minutes from my house and refrigerator had been loaded at 7:30 that morning. He and his guys were 5 stars. (Even though now 2 hrs past window) during this Home Depot said they could do NOTHING to help and to call warehouse. Second strike since nails are still coming up from carpet installation. I will try Lowes for next major purchase.
This Home Depot is great! Bought a fan for our home a long time ago. Tried to get service from Hampton Bay and they referred me to a store. Took it in and they gave me a store credit. Awesome since I was buying the same fan. Only issue was a store credit can’t be used in the website. They squared it all away and ordered it for me! Arrive at my house 3 days later!
