I was disappointed with the service and the rates changing almost every month on policies. When Carla was contacted and asked to move policies over to a different agent she assured that this was done and never was. Had to go online and find a way to transfer them without her as she failed to do as asked. Very disappointed and I would not recommend her. State Farm agents are everywhere and I would find a different agent.
