Absolutely the worst insurance u could ever have !!!!! Plz no one choose them so you don't have to go through what we have !!! There a joke !!!! Screw up every month !!! Wrong bank info , dropped us then we got charged bc of there screw up !!!!! Horrible horrible horrible !!!!
I have been with State Farm forever. Mr Slaton and his staff are always helpful and sometimes even with things that are out of the scope of insurance. They have certainly been neighborly to myself and my family. Unlike some of the other agents in town, they are not constantly bombarding me with opportunities to buy MORE insurance. That can be so annoying! Thank you Mr Slaton and staff!!
If it is illegal to NOT have insurance then it should be illegal for State Farm to drop you because of a bank routing error. My bank is having problems with the routing system and State Farm dropped me with no call (gave them my cell and work number), email (why did you ask for it in the first place), or mailed letter (are you publishers clearing house?). Needless to say the ticket and towing was over 700 dollars. While being pulled over I called them twice and got this: "I am pulling up a blank screen." Piss poor on all accounts and will NEVER use them.
