Zach O'Neil was great! very good at his job. Love our bed and the price....not so pleased with the delivery crew. Nice but not competent.

Helpful but way over priced
Had a bed set delivered today. Mattress had a grease stain on it. The deliver guy opened the plastic in my home. Must have been stained from the factory. Went to the Dawsonville store to talk to sales rep. Asked if they could deliver a new one today. They are unable to deliver a new today. Now i dont have a bed to sleep on. Very bad customer service after the sale. Looks like they only care about the sale. I will not be returning to Mattress Firm.
Great place to buy a bed. I went in to buy a full size bed set and met Zach. He was very knowledgeable, helpful in the selection process, kind, quick, and easy going. It was a no pressure environment unlike his competitor down the road at Fred’s Beds who are nothing short of unfreindly and rude. It was my pleasure doing business with Zach. I ended up pulling the trigger on a set and am very happy with the purchase. I will be returning in a couple months when I need a new king size mattress. A++++
