I've made some great purchases here. Bedding, furniture, rugs and decor. Most of these things are still for sale at Pottery Barn at the time of purchase and to this day. I bought an $800 rug recently for about $200 and that rug is currently in stores. I love this place. Things are very well -made and stylish. They also have many days where you get an extra percentage off certain categories of items on top of the outlet price. I'll be back very soon.

Not any great buys. Staff has to manually enter 50% off and conveniently forgot on 4 of my items. Cashier was rude.
Very good discounts on quality furniture. Be patient - you don't find a diamond in the rough on each visit.
