The Crocs sales people are totally indifferent to you being in the store. There is no greeting. I stood at one wall of crocs for at least 5 minutes while 2-3 employees leaned on the racks in the middle of the store talking about where they wanted to go on vacation. No one every bothered to say a word about helping. I finally had to go get someone. They seemed aggravated that I broke up their conversation. As far as the outlet mall, however, this is one of the best outlets. Parking is aggravating, but once you get going, you have so many places to shop and eat. Even though you're outside most of the time, it still feels almost like being inside a mall because the stores are neatly organized up and down in rows. We'll definitely be back. (I'll order my Crocs online next time probably).
