Return policy is crap. Shoes were a Christmas present and they would only exchange for store credit. They had nothing like the shoes in the store. They would only return money if the original purchaser was present. This creates a hassle for the gifter and giftee. I don't live near the store and don't have time to drive an hour back and forth to see if they have shoes that I like.
