After having so much trouble with my first wedding set!! They let me bring it back to get a new whole set that's worth saying more then my other an they did a even exchange! So happy
My fiancé was sold a terribly built ring that constantly has loose diamonds and too thin of gold that is always bending and getting nicked by the smallest things (14K white gold). I take great care of my ring and always look after it. When the ring was sent to be resized, we asked for a size 7 and it was returned an 8. Then this most recent repair (for the loose center diamond because of faulty prongs and a dented rib/slender shank), a prong came back completely damaged and not even in contact with the center diamond and the damaged shank hadn't been fixed. We are very disappinted in the repair service (which took 18 days). This will be the last purchase we ever make from Kay. They've been very inconsistent and careless with a very expensive ring.

AWFUL LOCATION! I always come in to get my ring inspected every 6 months to keep the warranty. I came in to get a diamond replaced that had fallen out only to be told there was no record and I would have to pay for the diamond. The very rude associate told me that there I would need to go all the way home and get the paperwork to prove inspection. I live an hour away! What if I didn't have the paperwork any longer? They basically told me I would be out of luck. Luckily I found it when I arrived home. This location needs to get organized and actually enter things in the system like their job entails. It is very frustrating to spend 4,000 dollars somewhere for them to hire incompetent workers to handle business. Complete waste of trip! I will never spend my money at another Kay Jewelers again.
★☆☆☆☆ I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy. The old woman who sold me a ring was very dishonest. She did not tell me that she charged me $90 for a protection plan she originally said was free and sold me a SILVER ring claiming it was GOLD! This place is comparable to a shady pawn shop! Do not give them your business!
