I bought an engagement ring from this store and the ladies who used to work there where great and helpful, however the new staff that has replaced them since is absolutely horrible. They lack any customer service skills at all. First, they sized my wedding band wrong and did not want to own to their mistake, so they gave me one that was another size down which still did not fit and pretty much said oh well and told my wife "Do you want to cry about it?" What do you know? 2 weeks later it slipped and fell off. Now I do not have a wedding band. Now, they wont own up to their warranty on the engagement ring I bought my wife a couple years ago which a tiny diamond fell off of the other day. They have an excuse for everything. I do not want an excuse, I want a solution. I guess that is what I get for going to a jewelry store in an outlet with a high turn over rate. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store at all costs, especially if you are getting married. The last thing you need is more stress.
