Regardless of the terrible customer service the product is quality.
I have gone three times to the store and have had not very good experiences. The first one I complained and received an apology, the second time was normal but this time it was great, Cameron is a great guy and has an excellent customer service and I recommend that you wait for him every time you go to the store.
I went there today and stood at the counter for about ten minutes and no one in the store acknowledged me. This has not been my experience at other stores. No one said "one minutes I'll be with you in a second" nothing. Another customer had to say "hey you can help her, she got here before me." Once I was finally helped the customer service was good I guess? She took tings out of a display so I guess that was helpful. I purchased two rings, because
