They were rude when I brought my 2 year old in for a haircut. Ended up leaving without the haircut cuz the wait was to long and the girl yelled after us to next time use the app.
I have curly hair and not many people know how to cut curly hair! I went to this Great Clips location on my husband's recommendation. He's a customer & told me about 2 stylists there who could cut curly hair, so I decided to take a chance. My hair was so wild and curly with no style what so eve, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was met at the desk by a very nice lady named Sheila. She told me the 2 ladies I had heard about were unavailable and asked if she could help. I looked at her beautiful hair and said, "Can you cut my hair like yours?" I received the BEST haircut I ever had from Sheila! At first, I thought to myself that I shouldn't get too excited (EVEN THOUGH I WAS) because after I got home and tried to style my hair it probably wouldn't look like it did at Great Clips. Boy was I wrong! The next day it looked just like it did when Sheila cut it. AWESOME! I've never HAD SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY HAIR IN MY 63 YEARS ON EARTH! That was a week ago and I still love it! Thanks again Sheila and Great Clips in Dawsonville!! I will be back.
Great customer service at the Dawsonville location! Francie was my stylist, and she did an amazing job! I don't think I've ever been so happy with my hair!! I simply love it! I went in wanting something new, and she helped me pick something flattering and in style! Everyone was very friendly, and it was very affordable too!
My boyfriend got a bad haircut. It happens, it can be fixed. He wanted a refund and he is just gonna buzz his head and start over. The lady on the phone was so rude and abrasive, not apologetic at all. She insulted him and hung up. Very unprofessional! Why work in a hair salon if you're gonna get frustrated at unsatisfied customers? That happens all the time in that industry. Never going back here. I've never had this kind of experience at a hair salon.

I had a terrible experience a few years ago with myself so to say I was INSANELY anxious and nervous and terrified to take my daughter there for the first time is an understatement. However, I can't even begin to express how pleasantly surprised I was with the experience we had. It was my daughter's first hair cut (she'll be 5 in April) and she has curly hair. It was down to her bottom. "LORIE HOBBS" is the sweet lady that cut her hair and was very patient with her and answered all her silly questions. She even incorporated two hair cuts in one which I know they don't like doing. I had a smile on my face the ENTIRE time and I nearly cried at the end! My daughter loves her hair cut and I will forever be using her!
