Had a great experience at this Ulta, Emily did a wonderful job on my hair. Also had an awesome session with Corey at the brow bar, very knowledgeable and professional.
I had a horrible experience at this location. I went in and started browsing when I stopped to look at the L'Oréal section. The makeup consultant for L'Oréal came up and asked me and my friend if we were looking for anything in particular and I said how I had been searching for lipstick. And she proceeded to tell me that I had stopped in the most expensive makeup stall in the store (like I didn't know) and proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to spend anytime helping me because she didn't think I would purchase anything because it was out of my price range, which I had mentioned nothing about. And during this whole conversation, she was very rude and condescending. And then when I went to the counter to find the manager, I found a very unfriendly, rude person with no customer service skills whatsoever who wasn't helpful in resolving the situation where I felt like I was mistreated as a customer. Very disappointed in the customer service and would recommend that if you respect yourself that you don't continue to shop at this location.
I shop at this location VERY often (1-2 times a week). The store manager is personable, helpful, and sweet. Employees are amazing. Never in a rush, always down to just talk makeup with you and answer any question about any product without hesitation. I will never visit any other Ulta store(unless I absolutely have to). Dawsonville Ulta is my happy place. 10/10. Best. Ulta. Ever.
The store manager is SO RUDE! the employees are great friendly and helpful but the store manager just does not have any people skills.
Great store. Always very clean and orderly. LOVE that they now have a MAC counter. Great store. Great customer service.
