Leave it to WalHell to have the worst services on Earth. The hairstylists here are beyond horrible. Worse than going to a NotSoSuperCuts. This is a turn and burn shop is guaranteed to make one look as if one stuck one's head under a lawn mower. This shop can't keep stylists because of typical WalHell piss-poor micro-management. Stay away unless you desire to look like a homeless person.
So I went to go get my hair permanently straightened and apparently smart style doesn't do this kind of work. I only found that out by calling a different smart style there like I don't know what your talking about we don't do that don't get me wrong I like all people but this is crossing the line I am a white girl and they out on my hair what African Americans ladies put on there hair so now my hair is falling out I'm just letting y'all now so you don't make this mistake
